Most recently, I designed Banco Ciudad's first fully digital onboarding, from zero to production in three months.
My background is in Industrial Design, so I think in systems: constraints, edge cases and how things are actually used. I've also worked as a front-end developer, which means I design with a clear sense of what can be built. And I love working with teams. I've led research and co-creation workshops, and taught UX Research and UX/UI to new designers.
AI has been part of my path for a while. Back in 2020 I worked on Alfred, a chatbot platform used by companies like Naranja. Today I build my own AI agents, designing how they think, talk and help. For me, prompt design is interaction design. Building with AI is changing how I research, how I prototype, and what I believe products can do.
What I bring is the meeting point of both worlds. Fintech taught me that trust is designed, not assumed, and that's exactly what AI products need now.
