Me llamo Agustina Tosello
Soy UX Product Designer porque me apasiona crear y mejorar la interrelación entre las personas, la tecnología y los productos digitales. Siento que con mi trabajo aporto valor día a día en esta revolución industrial.
Me formé como Diseñadora Industrial en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
Durante mi carrera aprendí a detectar, resolver problemas y satisfacer necesidades, aportando valor, desde el diseño centrado en el usuario, en todo el ciclo de vida del producto. Aprendí a investigar, a generar insight y transformarlos en oportunidades de negocio y ejecutar mejoras en la experiencia global del usuario frente a un producto o servicio.
Me dio una visión holística de mi rol como diseñadora, diseñando siempre de la mano de la tecnología y el negocio.
Terminada mi carrera, tomé la decisión de enfocarme en la industria digital, por lo que decidí especializarme y dedicarme al UX Design. Me formé con cursos y diplomaturas en UTN, Coderhouse, Medu, con libros, workshops, notas de medium y videos de otrxs diseñadores.
De lo que más aprendí es de mis experiencias trabajando en proyectos diversos.
Trabajé en empresas como, Sancor Seguros, Apex, Vates, entre otras. Facilité workshops de co creación a mis equipos y a equipos externos. Dicté el curso de UX Research en MEDU y realicé tutorías y mentorías de UX en Coderhouse y Mujeres en Tecnología.
Me gusta ser diseñadora UX, me gusta estar constantemente aprendiendo y al tanto de los avances tecnológicos y nuevas convenciones. Me gusta moverme con las revoluciones, estar al tanto de los avances de este universo y encuentro motivación en los proyectos innovadores y el trabajo en equipo.
También, exploro mi creatividad escribiendo para una revista digital y dibujando.
Mi mindset es el Design Thinking.
Comprender, idear, prototipar, evaluar, mejorar, iterar; para todo lo que haga en mi vida.

My name is Agustina Tosello. I am a UX Product Designer because I am passionate about creating and improving the interaction between people, technology, and digital products. I feel that with my work, I contribute value every day in this industrial revolution.
I studied as an Industrial Designer at the National University of Córdoba. During my career, I learned to identify, solve problems, and meet needs while adding value, using user-centered design, throughout the product's life cycle. I learned to conduct research, generate insights, transform them into business opportunities, and implement improvements in the overall user experience for a product or service. It provided me with a holistic view of my role as a designer, always working in conjunction with technology and business.
After completing my degree, I decided to focus on the digital industry, so I specialized in UX Design. I did this through courses and diplomas at UTN, Coderhouse, Medu, as well as by reading books, attending workshops, reading articles on Medium, and watching videos from other designers.
One of my most valuable learning experiences has come from working on various projects. I have worked for companies like Sancor Seguros, Apex, Vates, and others. I have facilitated co-creation workshops for my teams and external teams. I taught the UX Research course at MEDU and provided tutoring and mentoring in UX at Coderhouse and Women in Technology.
I enjoy being a UX designer, continuously learning and staying informed about technological advancements and new conventions. I like to stay in sync with the revolutions, keeping up with the developments in this universe, and finding motivation in innovative projects and teamwork.
I also explore my creativity by writing for a digital magazine and drawing. My mindset is centered around Design Thinking: understanding, ideating, prototyping, evaluating, improving, and iterating in everything I do in my life.
