Lideré dinámicas de co creación basadas en Design Thinking para rediseñar el sistema de beneficios de Sancor, Sancor Beneficia. El objetivo es empatizar con el cliente, mejorar la experiencia en general del sitio y de todo el proceso de canje, e incorporar otras unidades de negocio al programa de beneficios.
Para esto, realicé una dinámica de Kick-Off con representantes de las áreas involucradas en el proyecto con el objetivo de alinear expectativas, objetivos y definir alcance del proyecto.

I led co-creation dynamics based on Design Thinking to redesign Sancor's benefits system, Sancor Beneficia. The goal is to empathize with the customer, enhance the overall site experience, and the entire redemption process while incorporating other business units into the benefits program.
To achieve this, I conducted a Kick-Off dynamic with representatives from the areas involved in the project with the aim of aligning expectations, objectives, and defining the project's scope.
